Delivery Cut Off System : If you brought 1 lakh SMS at cheap price (10 to 15 paisa) and when you shoot 1 lakh SMS they will submit only 30,000 (or less) to the SMSC for delivery and they also update fake delivery reports where your average price per SMS comes to 35 paisa

Pushing through Transactional Gateway : Many companies were scrubbing DND numbers and pushing through Transactional Route but which is now strictly blocked by all operators.

These companies are also providing free demo account where SMS will be delivered instantly but when you start pushing SMS in bulk you will come to know the catch.

Home Net Delivery : Home net delivery is a system that SMS will be delivered only to the operators which companies/aggregators having connectivity. For example lets say a company/aggregator having connectivity with TATA then delivery of the SMS will be possible only to the TATA network without IUC charge, delivering SMS to other networks than TATA will charge additional IUC Charges + Messaging Delivery Charges.

In India only 4 operators BSNL, TATA, LOOP, AIRCEL are providing commercial SMPP connectivity to aggregators hence delivery is possible only to these networks without IUC charges, but majority of the mobile phone subscribers belongs to other networks.
